Refund & Returns Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to refund your money as long as you contact us within seven days after receiving the product.
Once you have notified us that you are returning the product you will need to send the unopened, unused product via tracking post to the address to be advised.
Once we receive your return, we will notify you and our team will process your refund.
Return Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and unfortunately due to hygiene, health & safety reasons we are unable to accept opened or used products.
For all orders where the customer has changed there mind and the product has been shipped overseas, the postage cost is non refundable and any returns from overseas to New Zealand are to be paid at the expense of the customer.
All duties, taxes and custom charges to orders placed outside New Zealand are to be paid by the receiver and is not the responsibility of Fever Ltd. In this case if a customer refuses to pay custom charges Fever will only refund the order if customs returns the package and the refund will be less the postage charges.
Damaged or Lost Orders
We understand that sometimes there are circumstances out of our control and your product may arrive damaged or may not arrive at all. Despite our best efforts of tracking all our shipments if you find yourself in this unfortunate position then notify us as soon as possible.
Our team will advise you further once we have notified our shipping service on the issue and in the course of an unfortunate event, a full replacement product will be sent out to you.
