We recommend the following tips as a guide to preparing for each whitening session. In no way should these recommendations replace any advice given to you by your medical practitioner or dentist.
1. Regular visits to your dentist will ensure good oral health. Teeth Whitening is cosmetic and is not intended to replace maintenance that only your dentist can provide. Visit our Warnings page for a list of health conditions that may prevent you from using our product safely.
2. Use Desensitizing toothpaste like Sensodyne for two weeks before teeth whitening or use our desensitising gel before whitening if you have sensitive teeth or are unsure of your current oral health.
When using our gel squeeze the gel directly to the front of your upper and lower teeth or gums and then spread the gel around the entire front section of your teeth and gums with your tongue. Spit out the excess and leave in your mouth for 15 to 20 mins.
3. Before whitening, do not brush your teeth with toothpaste less than 2 hours before. We recommend cleaning with water or any desensitising gel.
