White Stripes cancel remainder of 07′ tour
Well, I’m glad I shot them while at Bonnaroo. The White Stripes have canceled the rest of the 2007 tour. CNN reported that…drummer Meg White had previously canceled their September shows, saying “Meg White is suffering from acute anxiety and is unable to travel at this time.” I understand the performance anxiety part, it’s got to be hard to perform infront of that many people day in and day out and travel schedules have to be a bitch. It’s too bad though, they put on a hell of a show at ‘Roo, though I think smaller venues suite them better, more of a club band, though they have gotten so popular now that its hard for them to book shows in small venues.
