holly - we have a good friend who owns his own glass blowing studio in C-bus. He does well, and is very happy. Glad to hear your interested in something so cool. I never took a class, but always wanted to when I was in art school. Let us know when you start selling your work. Maybe we can hook you up with our friend. He might be able to give you some advice on selling your work!

And Eric, I must agree with Jessica. Strip club bouncer would not fit you. You aren't suppose to watch the strippers, you have to protect them :) You should talk to Bryan about flipping houses. feels like thats what we are doing these days. Our house was a terrible mess when we began. it's now finally improving, after a lot of work!

I wish I had a fun skill that could be used for making money. I have all sorts of boring, dull, Nationwide skills, but I would really like to have a job I enjoyed more. I guess it is OK to work at home and watch TV while I work, but to really do something that you loved would be great. Problem is, I don't know what I would love. Jessica said bouncer at a strip club is out, and so is pimp, so I gues I should just stick with what pays the bills. After the kids are bigger and in school, I may start home schooling to either get a real estate license or an insurance license. I think I'd rather have a real estate license. I love looking at other people's houses with the intent of buying them. Actually, what I would really like to do is flip houses. You need serious financial backing for that rhough. If you don't know, you buy run down homes, fix them up, and then sell them for profit. On a show called 'Flip This House' they make thousands of dollars doing this. It would certainly be a huge risk financially.

It's good to hear you're doing so well, anytime someone can do what they love for a living, and thrive at it, it's a good thing. I wish I could say the same, but I at least feel like I'm moving in the right direction. I'm in my final glassblowing class at the museum and in two weeks I'll be able to rent studio time, and hopefully some day in the not too distant future I'll be able to make a job out of it. Just know that all us little people who knew you back when you collected Mt. Dew cans to decorate your basement are proud of you:) Peace.
