Icky Thump

Man, I really can’t wait for Bonnaroo. White Stripes, one of the bands I’m most excited to see/shoot will be there for the first time. I’m afraid they are going to be on the main stage, but I’m hoping the will be on the second stage so we can see them a bit better. Meg is going to be hard to see on the huge stage if not. That reminds me, have to get a folding step stool for shooting this year, get above all the other photographers and actually be able to shoot more of the main stage. Anyway, new video from the Stripes, this album is going to rock, can’t wait for it’s release (like right before Bonnaroo)

    I have a folding step stool and would be more than happy to bring it and let you use it, free of charge! The only thing I ask is that I actually get to see/hang out with you this year at some point, and we definately need a picture together. Did you see the lineup? A few overlapping disappointments, but that’s to be expected, and it’s not as bad as years past, at least not for me. 3 weeks from today we’ll be sitting at our respective camps (which hopefully can be as close together as possible) drinking beer and getting ready for a weekend of no sleep. I can’t wait!
