Maybe not these days, but in the past I seem to remember some shows getting cancelled. I, for one, skip on several concerts that I would like to go to because it is SO damn expensive. Ya, camping fees are included in Bonnaroo, though camping is not offered at Lollapalooza, but it is in downtown Chicago, don't think they want that many people camping out in Grant Park, logistical nightmare that would be. Sad, but it started with the Eagle's Hell Frozen Over Tour, tickets where well over $200 and they once said they would never charge that much. Bonnaroo is $246.35 with all the fees and crap, but still not bad for how many bands are playing, granted you can never see all of them, I normally average around 30 bands I shoot for the weekend though, that's still about $8 a band, though I don't pay when I get a press pass as well so it makes it even better.
